The NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show is a premier women’s fitness and bodybuilding competition celebrating strength, confidence, and resilience. We create an empowering, professional stage experience that honors athletes’ hard work while fostering community, growth, and purpose beyond the stage.
This is a great experience for any level athlete from first-time competitor to seasoned athlete looking to go to the next level. It also provides the opportunity to be seen and critiqued by National-Level Judges.
This event is an NPC NATIONAL QUALIFIER.

Fit Show Forum Workshops
The first workshop is April 11,2026 — designed for women aspiring to compete in NPC bikini, figure, wellness, fitness, women’s physique, or fit model, whether you’re preparing for your first competition or refining your stage presence as a returning athlete.
You’ll learn exactly what judges look for, how scoring works, mandatory poses for your division, competition suit selection and fit, skin prep for a flawless tan, and what to expect on show weekend. The workshop also includes group posing practice, a mock competition, and expert coaching to help you advance confidently in the sport.

The Fit Show Story Project
The Fit Show Story Project was created to honor the journeys behind the physiques. Launched in 2020, this initiative invites NPC Amateur athletes to share the moments that led them to strength training, the decision to step on stage, and the resilience it took to keep going when the process became challenging. Through honest reflection on discipline, self-belief, personal obstacles, and growth, these stories highlight how competing transforms more than the body; it builds confidence, purpose, and inner strength. The Fit Show Story Project exists to inspire others to believe in what’s possible and to remind every athlete that their journey matters.
